Richard B. Cheney is a distinguished American public servant, businessman as well as a politician. Richard Bruce Cheney was born in Lincoln Nebraska on January 30 1941 the son of Richard Herbert Cheney and the former Marjorie Lauraine Dickey. At the age of 13, Richard Bruce and his family moved from Nebraska to Casper (in the US state of Wyoming) which is where his father served as director of the U.S. Department of Agriculture's the district for soil conservation.
