Anne Phung Nguyen
Anne Phung Nguyen. Hello, I'm Anne Phung Nguyen. A Vietnamese American entrepreneur who lives with her wonderful partner JP at Orange County California. Henry is a happy, go-lucky father. The majority of people have come across me through my Instagram platform @annephung where I post my daily life: the good, the bad and all in between. When I was in 1990, I moved to America together with my parents and brother when I turned one and a half. Without my parents' passion for hard work and sacrifice and sacrifice, I wouldn't be with you sharing my journey. As a child, I knew that I could have a shot at a better future I worked hard to be their proudest and had tunnel vision when it came to achievement. I thought my future would unfold one way or another: I'd graduate from college, get an employment opportunity in the corporate world, then be married, and then start an family. While I believed this was the definition of the ideal life, reality had other plans. The amount of money I earned and the importance of my position did not make me happy. I was convinced that I wasted my life for the opportunity to earn a salary. I possessed a love of exercising and enjoyed having fun and helping people when I was navigating this new path in life I was drawn to personal training. The business I started was in 2014, and I'll be celebrating seven years of growth in 2021. Since I am a Asian woman in the industry, there are a few of us. To lead in my field and offer quality coaching, to enable others to achieve an improved and happier life by creating a healthy lifestyle to meet their needs and objectives. It is my goal to encourage others to chase their goals and live the lives they have always wished for. As my professional career took the air I also lost my mom. This loss is the most devastating of them all. She won her eight year fight with the disease and now rests in Heaven and is with me in my thoughts and heart at all times. Life really does have the capacity to give us exactly what we need even if we are unable to see the lesson at the time. There are many ways that my mother's passing has changed my life. It is my belief that she provided me with another chance to be a part of her story after she passed away. It was the Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she passed. She had her chance to start a new chapter in her life, and I got the chance to lead an enjoyable and satisfying life. In my 30's, it is the first time I really feel I am alive. I am sharing my experiences to you with the hope that you will resonate with my words and experiences so that you can feel secure knowing that you're not on your own, to know that you are beyond capable of anything you set your mind to that true love exists that therapy is a necessity and normal as health is the greatest form of wealth. My prayer is to live your the life you want to live and have your end is without regrets since that's the only thing we can count on during this lifetime.
